4K AI Smart Peephole Camera Wireless Door Viewer, Facial Recognition Human Detection, 155° Wide View WDR, Two-Way Talk Weatherproof, 512G Storage No Monthly Fee, Easy Install 14–50mm Doors (EP4) Gold

EZVIZ

4K AI Smart Peephole Camera Wireless Door Viewer, Facial Recognition Human Detection, 155° Wide View WDR, Two-Way Talk Weatherproof, 512G Storage No Monthly Fee, Easy Install 14–50mm Doors (EP4) Gold

  • Sharp video with wide 155° view and good night performance for identifying faces and parcels
  • Easy, wire-free installation in existing peephole holes (14–50 mm), ideal for apartments and rentals
  • Local microSD storage up to 512 GB with no mandatory subscription, keeping running costs low
The EZVIZ EP4 4K peephole camera is a pretty solid option if you want a clean, wireless way to upgrade an old-school peephole without calling an electrician. The main strengths are clear: good picture quality day and night, a wide field of view, a genuinely useful 5.5-inch indoor screen, and local microSD storage up to 512 GB with no required monthly fee. Battery life is respectable for a wireless setup, and installation is simple enough for most people to handle in under an hour. It’s not perfect, though. The facial recognition and AI detection are helpful but not flawless, the gold design won’t suit everyone, and the lower field of view could be a bit better for packages on the floor. The app and notifications work fine but still feel like typical smart camera software—good, but not ultra-polished. Above all, the price is the main downside: it’s a good product, but you pay for the 4K label and the integrated screen, so it only feels like strong value if you catch it on sale or if you really want to avoid subscription fees over the long term.If you live in an apartment or rented place, want to see clearly who’s at your door, and don’t want to touch the wiring, this is a sensible choice that gets the job done without too much fuss. If you already have a decent 2K peephole or you’re on a tight budget, there are cheaper options that will cover the basics just fine, and you might not fully benefit from the extra resolution and AI of the EP4.

Battery Video Doorbell - DIY Wireless Video Doorbell Camera with Head-To-Toe View, HD Video - Easy to install (5 min) - With Built-in Battery I 30-day free trial of Ring Subscription Plan Device only Venetian Bronze

⭐ Très bien noté 🔥 Populaire
  • Good 1440x1440 video quality with useful head-to-toe view and colour night vision
  • Easy DIY installation with clear app setup and included mounting hardware
  • Solid motion detection with custom zones, plus person/package alerts with subscription
After living with the Ring Battery Video Doorbell for a few weeks, my take is pretty straightforward: it does its job well, with a few annoyances you need to accept upfront. The video quality is solid, the head-to-toe view is genuinely useful for seeing people and packages, and the colour night vision is good enough for most porches. Motion detection needs some tuning, but once you set up motion zones and person alerts, it becomes much more manageable and doesn’t spam your phone all day.The two big downsides for me are the non-removable battery and the heavy reliance on the Ring subscription. Battery life is okay, roughly a month per charge in my setup, but having to remove the whole unit or run a cable to your door to charge it is a bit of a pain. Hardwiring pretty much fixes that, so if you already have a doorbell transformer, I’d strongly suggest wiring it in. As for the subscription, the hardware feels a bit crippled without it — no video history and no smart alerts makes it a lot less useful.I’d recommend this doorbell to people who want a simple, reliable wireless doorbell, especially if they already use Ring products or don’t mind paying for the subscription. It’s also a good fit if you plan to hardwire it and just want the convenience of a modern doorbell with a solid app. On the other hand, if you hate subscriptions, want a removable battery, or prefer something with local storage, you should probably look at other brands or other Ring models before pulling the trigger.

Video Doorbell Wireless, 2K HD Doorbell Camera Wireless,Battery-Powered Doorbell Camera,2.4GHz Wi-Fi,Human Detection,180-Day Battery Life,Video Calling,Voice Changer,Work with Alexa

🔥 Populaire
  • Good 2K video quality with wide 166° field of view, clear enough for faces and parcels
  • No mandatory subscription for basic features and local recording to microSD in the base
  • Battery life is solid (potentially several months) once motion zones and sensitivity are tuned
Overall, the aosu V8P wireless video doorbell is a solid, no-nonsense option if you’re mainly trying to avoid subscription fees and still want clear video and basic security. The 2K image is good, motion detection can be tuned to something sensible, and battery life is respectable once you dial in the settings. The included base/relay is a key part of the package and really helps with Wi‑Fi stability, as long as you place it reasonably close to the door. It’s not perfect: the app could be smoother, there’s a bit of lag when answering calls, and long-term durability is not guaranteed, judging from some reports of units dying after a couple of years. If you want a fully polished ecosystem with deep integration and you don’t mind paying monthly, Ring or other big brands still have the edge. But if you just want a straightforward doorbell that records locally, works with Alexa/Google, and doesn’t lock features behind a paywall, this aosu model gets the job done without fuss.I’d recommend it to people who: want wireless installation, care about avoiding subscriptions, and are okay with a "good enough" app. I’d say skip it if you’re picky about app design, want the most robust long-term ecosystem, or if your Wi‑Fi situation is already a nightmare and you’re not ready to tinker with placement and settings. For the price, though, it’s a pretty solid deal.

Doorbell Camera Wireless 2K, Video Doorbell Wireless/Wired, No Monthly Fees, 32GB Storage, 2.4/5 GHz WiFi, Motion Detection, Compatible with Alexa & Google, Base Station + 1 Doorbell

WUUK

Doorbell Camera Wireless 2K, Video Doorbell Wireless/Wired, No Monthly Fees, 32GB Storage, 2.4/5 GHz WiFi, Motion Detection, Compatible with Alexa & Google, Base Station + 1 Doorbell

  • Good 2K image quality with practical 4:3 view for faces and packages
  • 32GB local storage on the base station with no subscription fees
  • Flexible setup with battery or wired power and support for 2.4/5 GHz Wi-Fi
After a few weeks of daily use, I’d sum up the WUUK 2K wireless doorbell as a solid, budget-friendly option for people who hate subscriptions. The image quality is good, both day and night, the 4:3 view is practical to see people and packages, and the base station with 32GB built-in storage does exactly what it should: keep your recordings local without charging you every month. The battery life is okay if you have average traffic, and the dual power option is a nice safety net if you already have wiring. It’s not perfect though. The app is functional but not on the same level as the big names. You’ll probably need to spend some time tweaking motion sensitivity and zones to avoid too many useless alerts, and there can be a small delay between motion and notification. The claimed six months of battery life is a bit optimistic unless your entrance is very quiet. Design and materials are fine, but nothing fancy. If you want a polished, super-smooth experience and don’t mind paying a subscription, you’re probably better off with Ring or Nest. But if you want decent security at the door, clear video, and the peace of mind of no recurring fees, this WUUK doorbell is a good fit. I’d recommend it to people who are a bit tech-comfortable and ready to tweak settings, and I’d say people who want a fully plug-and-forget ecosystem with top-tier app quality might want to look higher up the price range.

Video Doorbell Camera Wireless C31 with Chime, 2K FHD, Dual Power Options, Live Video Call, Easy Installation, Quick-Release Battery, 24/7 Recording, No Monthly Fee Black+white

  • No monthly subscription needed thanks to local SD card recording (up to 128 GB)
  • Good 2K video quality with clear daytime and usable night vision
  • Flexible power options: solid battery life and the possibility of hardwiring for 24/7 recording
The eufy Security Video Doorbell Camera Wireless C31 is a fairly practical choice if you want a smart doorbell with no subscription fees, decent 2K video, and local SD storage. It covers the basics well: you can see who’s at the door, talk to them from your phone, and record motion events without paying every month. Battery life is solid, the hardware feels sturdy enough for outdoor use, and the included chime is handy so you don’t have to rely on your phone all the time. It’s not perfect, though. The app can be a bit sluggish at times, motion detection needs tuning to avoid constant alerts, and the wiring instructions for 24/7 recording and chime bypass are not very beginner-friendly. Some users will likely struggle with setup, especially if their Wi‑Fi signal at the door is weak or they’re not used to messing with doorbell wiring. Also, occasional slow or failed playback from the SD card is annoying, even if it doesn’t happen all the time.I’d recommend this to people who are reasonably comfortable with tech, want to avoid subscriptions, and are okay spending a bit of time tweaking settings. It suits homeowners and renters who want good image quality and a one-time purchase. If you’re extremely sensitive to app lag, want totally foolproof setup, or plan to use this in a more critical setting, you might be happier with a more expensive, cloud-focused system. For everyday home use, though, it’s a pretty solid balance between features, price, and long-term cost.
